The NEBA Agreement, (comonly referred to as the Master Agreement)
Article I: For the purpose of establishing harmonious relations and facilitating peaceful adjustment of wage schedules and working conditions.
Think about it, violations to this agreement are violations to this purpose. If you identify a violation, contact your Business Agent, Representative or Shop Steward. Your identity should remain private, the shameful violation should be made public.
